What if I can’t find a book on WeBooks?

Not a problem! Send the book name, author and/or ISBN and book edition to info.webookstt@gmail.com

What is an ISBN

An ISBN is a unique number specific to a particular title and edition of a book. You can find the ISBN on the back cover of your book. An ISBN is the best way to identify your book. Stickers with an ISBN printed on them will not be accepted as valid.

Orders/Shipping


How do I order books?

Simple! Go to the “Books List” page, find your school, then select the student’s form. The book list will then be displayed and click “Add to Cart” to select your book(s). You can always edit your cart before checkout.

How can I pay?

We accept 3 forms of payment:

  • Only credit card payment (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Bank transfer (instructions will be included on your order invoice)
  • Cash/Linx at our head office

How will I receive my order?

ALL orders are shipped through TTPOST. A shipping fee will be applied at the checkout stage. When your order has shipped we will notify you via email and provide a tracking#. You can visit https://ttpost.net/index.php/tools-and-tips/package-tracking/ or call 800-TRAK (8725) to track your order.

How can I return an item and get a refund?

Returns are accepted within the first 30 days of purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy here.

Can I cancel an order?

YES you can! Cancellation can take place at any point PRIOR to the shipping of your order and you will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made AFTER your order have been processed will incur a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Please email us at info.webookstt@gmail.com for cancellation and refund requests.

Selling Used Books


How do I sell my books?

Simply bring them over to our head office at 212 EMR, Tunapuna. We will review the condition of your books and determine acceptability. We accept books in conditions varying from “New” to “Good.”

How much are my books worth?

The value of your book is a combination of two major factors - retail value and condition. This will be determined on inspection of your books.

How and when will I be paid?

You will receive payment for your books only when they are SOLD. Once sold, you will receive payment from us directly to your bank account within 5 working days of the sale of the books being sold. Please note, WebooksTT will apply a 20% commission (or $10 minimum) on used books sold through us. For example if we sold your book for $200, you will receive $160 in payment.

What books are not accepted?

  • Books with spinal damage
  • Books missing a copyright page with the ISBN listed
  • Books with loose or missing pages
  • Books with torn or taped covers/spines
  • Study guides/workbooks with any answers filled in/highlighting/writing
  • Books missing their required supplements like CDs/DVDs etc
  • Eastern Economy Editions
  • Open loose-leaf editions; they must be in the original shrink wrap
  • One-time use only items such as access codes
  • Custom edition textbooks (typically has a school name listed)
  • Books with missing accessories
  • Books that have been issued (and stamped) by the Ministry of Education to schools as “free textbooks”

Are there any fees for using WeBooks?

Using WeBooks to search for books, find prices and generate book lists are absolutely free! WeBooks takes a commission on all books SOLD on our platform. Sellers are charged 20% or a minimum of $10 on each book sold through our site.

How do I get my book back?

If for any reason you wish to get your unsold book back, you can do so by sending a request to info.webookstt@gmail.com. Collection must be made at our office (NO returns will be accepted via TTPOST). Our office is located at:

What happens if my book isn’t sold?

Unsold books will remain in inventory. WeBooks will contact owners regarding books deemed unsellable (due to age or condition). Users have the option of getting their book back by collecting it at our office located at:
