RETURN/CANCELLATION/REFUND Policy

Returns

  1. Return on items will be accepted within 7 days of the original date of payment. Only items that are returned in the condition it was sold will be accepted. Eg: New books must be returned as new with any accompanying CDs and original packaging. Requests made after 7 days will not be considered.
  2. Only books purchased through WebooksTT are eligible for return and you must provide an official Webooks receipt (electronic or otherwise) indicating the book was purchased through us.
  3. Send us an email at info.webookstt@gmail.com requesting a return on your order. Please provide the name, order number and list the items you would like returned in the email and one of our customer service representatives will be in contact with you.
  4. Items can be returned to the following address:

Cancellation

  1. Customers can enjoy free cancellation on orders at any time BEFORE the order enters the shipping process.
  2. Items that are cancelled AFTER the order has entered the shipping phase, a restocking fee and the shipping fee will be applied.
  3. Send us an email at info.webookstt@gmail.com requesting a cancellation on your order. Please provide the name and order number you would like cancelled (note the name must match the name on the order) in the email and one of our customer service representatives will be in contact with you.

Refunds

  1. Approved returns and cancellations are eligible for refunds.
  2. Refunds can be offered in the form of a wire transfer, product exchange or store credit.
  3. A 10% restocking fee will be incurred on the value of items returned or cancelled after shipping.
  4. If an order has entered the shipping process or has already been shipped to the customer, the shipping fees will NOT be refunded.
